Registration fees for the scientific program fees cover admission to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference information packages. Although speakers are exempt from registration fees for the scientific program, they should still register.
Please note that those who have not paid their dues for 2009 have to register as non-members. If you don't remember if you have paid your dues, please contact our secretary-treasurer at d.nguyen@umontreal.ca
To encourage students, residents and fellows to participate, the CLAE invites all registered students to participate to both the welcoming cocktail and the Saturday dinner, free of charge.
Preferred way of payment is by charging your credit card (on-line via PayPal).
